(Lobster) Spaghetti (al Dente)


Ingredients:



Butter
Red Bell Peppers
Scallions (or Onions)
Cherry Tomatoes
Garlic
Chili (or Chili Powder)
Dry White Wine
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Basil
Parmesan Cheese
&Spaghetti Noodles (or your choice of pasta)
Lobster (optional)


In a Sauteed pan:

1. Add Cold Butter



2. Add Diced:
Red Bell Peppers
Scallions
Cherry Tomatoes
Garlic


3. Add Chili (or Chili Powder)
Season with pepper
Add Dry White Wine, until Evaporated.

In a Heavy Pot:
4. Boil Water and Add some 2 Tsp. of Virgin Olive Oil
Add Spaghetti or Angel Hair (or your choice of pasta)
Add Salt


5. When Evaporated:
Add Lobster (Optional)
Add Heavy Cream
Add Freshly Chopped Basil

Drain the pasta


Empty Sautéed Pan into a large bowl.
Empty Pasta Noodle into same bowl and stir.



6. Add Fresh Parmesan (optional)


..And you're done! Lightly add some more Basil for that fresh 'green' taste.
